Newpaper Cuttings

Mr Leeds appears to have kept newspaper cuttings on a variety of subjects. These include:

  • reports of discoveries of archaeological sites or artefacts of interest around Britain,
  • synopses of lectures,
  • Appeals for funds to purchase artefacts,
  • articles about specific objects or on a particular topic, for example Neolithic pottery.
  • There are also some cuttings from European newspapers.
